We will talk about how to find and keep good employees, using national standards and best practices. We will also cover different types of shift work and the challenges that come with it. We'll discuss the physical and mental effects of working shifts, which can help us understand employee health concerns. Finally, we will learn how to create a schedule that provides 24-hour coverage while considering employee well-being.
