This course is for people who are responsible for hiring and scheduling employees at their organization. We will talk about how to find and keep good employees, using national standards and best practices. We will also cover different types of shift work and the challenges that come with it. We'll discuss the physical and mental effects of working shifts, which can help us understand employee health concerns. Finally, we will learn how to create a schedule that provides 24-hour coverage while considering employee well-being.
**Requirements: Please bring the last couple of schedules from your agency. Also, bring a schedule you have made for your agency. If you have never made one, attempt to make one and bring it to class**
